MCA to approach RBI seeking special dispensation for IL&FS provisioning

According to sources, MCA will approach Reserve Bank of India (RBI) seeking special dispensation for deferment of provisioning in some IL&FS companies. Sandeep Parekh of Finsec Law Advisors shared his views and outlook.
