Man waves before jumping off Penang bridge

A man waved as he jumped off the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah bridge this morning.
The incident took place as operations to retrieve a vehicle that plunged into the sea after it was involved in an accident at Kilometer 4.0 of the Penang Bridge resumed.
He was rescued by a nearby fishing boat, and was transported to the Penang General Hospital.
