This session will maul both your muscles and your mind. Grab a 30-60kg barbell and perform one rep of each move in turn, 20 times.

Now here’s the twist: each time you let go of the bar – and you will – your penalty/recovery is 10 calories on the air bike.

Top tip: aim for sets of five with recovery in between.
