RTI petitioners asked about development work, got condom packets as reply

Two residents from Bhadra Tehsil in Rajasthan’s Chhani Bari village have alleged of receiving condoms in reply to their RTI query. Villagers named Manohar Lal and Vikas Chaudhari had filed an RTI application to Gram Panchayat Chhani Bari, Hanumangarh district, demanding record of development work done in the area in the last five years.
