Cat Can't Grab Hold of Owner's Shoulder

Eli the cat loved to slump over his owner's shoulder when they came home from work. Hilariously, as he attempted to move from his owner's shoulder to a nearby table, he couldn't grab hold with his paws and kept slipping off.
