Doctors gave little Grace a 4 percent chance at survival when she was born, and now she's celebrating her first birthday! Grace was born at just 23 weeks old, which is dangerously premature. She had to spend a lot of time in the NICU in an incubator and underwent multiple surgeries, blood transfusions, ultrasounds and x-rays. But against all odds, she made it. Now at 1 year old, she's happy and healthy, and doctors expect her to continue on that path!
