CBI case: राकेश अस्थाना की याचिका पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में आज सुनाएगा अहम फैसला

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट शुक्रवार को सीबीआई के विशेष निदेशक राकेश अस्थाना और अन्य की अपने खिलाफ रिश्वत के आरोप में दर्ज एफआईआर को रद्द करने की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाएगा।
The FIR was filed after Hyderabad-based businessman Sathish Babu Sana claimed he had paid bribes to get relief in a case related to meat-exporter Moin Qureshi and made allegations of corruption and extortion against Asthana.
