BTS isn't alone in making a big splash in the global music realm.
"Baby Shark" by Pinkfong, which grabbed the attention of the world with a dance challenge that went viral, made it to Billboard's Hot 100 Chart.

Pinkfong's viral sensation, the children's song "Baby Shark" has entered the Billboard Hot 100, debuting at No. 32 on the U.S. music chart.
This is the third Korean single to make the Billboard's Hot 100, following hits from BTS and Psy.
Pinkfong's "Baby Shark" which was first uploaded on YouTube in 2016, is a participatory children's song in which singers act out each verse with their hands and arms. This has led to the "Baby Shark Challenge", in which people make their own videos where they copy the song's dance.
The song had previously gone viral in the UK, staying in the Top 40 of the UK's Official Singles chart for eight consecutive weeks since its first appearance in August last year and ranked as high as number 6 in the charts on January 4th, making Pinkfong the first Korean artist to make the UK Top 10.
