South Korea has surpassed last year's tax revenue target of 239-point-5 billion U.S. dollars,.... collecting more tax revenue in the first eleven months of last year than in the same period of 2017.
The total for the 11 months up to the end of November.... was 1-hundred-4 percent of the target for the whole of the year.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance said Thursday...., that the government had collected around 2-hundred-50-point-two billion U.S. dollars,.... an increase of 25 billion dollars from the previous year.
Revenue from income tax increased due to more people paying their estimated tax beforehand and value added tax also rose due to higher crude oil prices.
