Legoland Park To Be Built In South Korea

Reuters reports Madame Tussauds-owner Merlin Entertainments has entered into a partnership agreement to build a Legoland Park in South Korea,. Merlin, which operates the London Eye, said the agreement with the Gangwon Provincial Government is valued at 290 billion Korean Won which is roughly $260 millionand Legoland Korea would be open by 2022. The park, based on the children’s toy favorite for its colorful plastic bricks, expects to employ 1,600 people.
