Disney World Forced To Close Gates Of Magic Kingdom Before Noon

Disney World was forced to close it's entrance gates early Monday afternoon. The Magic Kingdom closed its doors at 11:35 a.m. due to record crowds and the park being at full capacity. Walt Disney World made the announcement on Twitter, alerting potential guests that they would not be admitted to the park. Business Insider reports that the period between Christmas and New Year's Day is one of the busiest periods of the year for Disney World.
