According to a report by Business Insider, on Wednesday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk suggested that some Tesla customers may still be able to take delivery before the end of the year. Any vehicles delivered before the end of 2018 will be eligible for a 7,500 dollar federal tax credit that expires in 2019.
