According to Digital Trends, computer users should consider using disposable email addresses.
If using Gmail, end your email address with a specific tag, like “+unwantedemail.gmail.com”
That way, when you receive an email from that service or company, it will have that additional moniker attached to it.
Then, create a filter for anything with that tag attached to it, and delete periodically.
