According to a report by Business Insider, earlier this month, a plant thats nearly identical to marijuana became legal to grow in the US. At the end of December, President Donald Trump signed into law the US Farm Bill, which allows American farmers to plant and harvest hemp, a strain of the same plane species from which marijuana originates.
