Pittsburgh Steelers Unsuccessfully Fake Punt Against New Orleans Saints
  • 5 years ago
The Pittsburgh Steelers recently lost to the New Orleans Saints 31-28. During the second-half the Steelers held a 28-24 lead with four minutes left in the game. According to Business Insider, it was then that Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin made a big decision. Facing fourth-and-5 close to midfield, Tomlin called a fake punt that ended up being unsuccessful. While Steelers fullback Roosevelt Nix thought he gained enough for a first down, he did not.
