Farmers Must Decide Whether To Farm More Corn Or Soybeans Next Year

With the recent trade war between China and the U.S. farmers have faced lower soybean prices. While this may cause some farmers to plant fewer soybeans for 2019, the early winter storms may cause them to rethink that. According to Reuters, instead of getting less soybeans they have have to devote more acreage to them next year. Yet Donald Trump said these farmers would get up to $12 billion in aid to make up for any trade related losses.
