Upcoming Future Weapons Of India.
1. Ins Vikrant : INS Vikrant is the first aircraft carrier built in India and the first Vikrant-class aircraft carrier built by Cochin Shipyard in Kochi, Kerala for the Indian Navy. The motto of the ship is Jayema Sam Yudhi Sprdhah, which is taken from Rigveda 1.8.3 and can be translated as "I defeat those who fight against me".
2. Brahmos 2 : BrahMos-II or BrahMos-2 or BrahMos Mark II is a hypersonic cruise missile currently under joint development by Russia's NPO Mashinostroeyenia and India's Defence Research and Development Organisation, which have together formed BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited.
3. Apache Attack' Helicopter : The Boeing AH-64 Apache is an American twin-turboshaft attack helicopter with a tailwheel-type landing gear arrangement and a tandem cockpit for a crew of two. It features a nose-mounted sensor suite for target acquisition and night vision systems.
4. Hal AMCA : The HAL Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft is an Indian programme of a fifth-generation fighter aircraft.
Status: Under development.
Role: Stealth multirole fighter.
5. Dassault Rafale : The Dassault Rafale is a French twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation.
Program cost: €45.9 billion (as of FY2013) (US$62.7 billion)
Manufacturer: Dassault Aviation.
