1984 Anti-Sikh Riots Case: Sajjan Kumar handed life sentence on Monday

In a major blow to 1984 riot convict Sajjan Kumar, the Delhi High Court today rejected his application seeking extension of time to surrender. Sajjan who was handed a life imprisonment for his role in the 1984 Anti-Sikh riots case moved an application before the Delhi High Court seeking 30 days to surrender.
