Shah Vs Mamata: Calcutta HC to deliver verdict on Rath Yatra war

The Calcutta High Court will deliver its final verdict on the Rath Yatra row sparked between BJP and TMC over state-wide rallies proposed by the former. While BJP's counsel will be given 15 minutes, state government will be given 10 minutes to present its argument. In yesterday's hearing, the High Court asked the state government to submit video footage of the meeting held between state government officials and the BJP representatives. BJP's Rath Yatra, which was earlier scheduled to begin on December 7, will be covering all 42 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state.
