Young Indian batsman Prithvi Shaw has been ruled out of the ongoing Test series against Australia. The development comes in as a huge blow for the Indian team, who are currently struggling in the 2nd Test at Perth. Shaw was expected to replace Murali Vijay or KL Rahul in the next two Test matches but the BCCI on Monday confirmed that the right-hander will not feature in the remaining two games as he has failed to recover on time from the injury he picked during India's tour game against Cricket Australia XI.
