INGREDIENT USED:

Cooking Oil – 4 big Tsp
Cumin Seed – ½ Tsp
Garam Masala (seeds) :
1. Cinnamon – 2 pcs
2. Cloves – 6-9 pcs
3. Round pepper – 5-10 pcs

Basmati Rice – 400 gms
Carrot (sliced) – 100 gms
Beans (sliced) – 100 gms
Green Peas – 100 gms
Salt - To Taste
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Water – As per Rice.
