सुप्रीम कोर्ट से फ्रांस के साथ राफेल विमानों की खरीद के बहुचर्चित सौदे में कथित भ्रष्टाचार की कोर्ट की निगरानी में जांच की मांग की गई थी। जिसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि राफेल की खरीद पर कोई संदेह नहीं है । 14 नवंबर को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जांच की मांग वाली याचिकाओं पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था
