What to eat before and after your exercise

Skipping food before your workout can be really bad for you. And affect your performances. Before and after a workout you should eat carbs and proteins.
It's better if you eat between 30 min and one hour before your workout. What you should be eating pre-workout: Granola bars, fruits, dried fruit. Oatmeal, greek yogurt (which has carbs and protein), toast.
After your workout, you need to eat. You shouldn't cut it out. Your body needs the energy to recuperate after the effort. Your post-workout meal should be: Quinoa, brown rice, nuts, whole wheat bread. Tofu, beans, fish. Loads of vegetables. And never forget to drink a lot before, during and after your workout!
