Rapper Ty Dolla $ign Indicted by Grand Jury on Drug Chargers According to TMZ, he is facing up to 15 years in jail. The indictment includes two felony charges, possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance and possession of cocaine. It also includes one misdemeanor charge for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was arrested in Atlanta back in September after police searched his car, claiming they smelled pot. Five others, including DJ Skrillex, were in the same car at the time, but only Ty was charged. The arrest ruins a stellar year for Ty, who was featured on recent albums for Kanye West, Drake, Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
