CDC Still Does Not Recommend Eating Lettuce

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it is still not safe to eat romaine lettuce. According to Gizmodo, there have been nine more cases of individuals getting sick from the lettuce. They lettuce has been tied to an ongoing E. coli outbreak in 52 cases in the U.S. and Canada. The CDC recommends not eating lettuce unless 100 percent certain it is not from northern and central California. While some products have labels showing the harvest location, others do not.
Recommended
