“cognitive decline,” such as confusion or memory loss. Harvard University conducted a 20-year study that pointed to promising signs for the prevention of cognitive decline. The three specific foods linked to memory less prevention in men were orange juice, leafy greens and berries. The study followed almost 23,000 male health professionals with an average starting age of 51. The participants were required to take subjective thinking and memory skills tests. The researchers concluded that orange and red vegetables were helpful in preventing memory loss. These foods can be incorporated into your daily diet through salads
or smoothies, adding berries to your oatmeal or by placing your meal on a bed of greens.
