Suchandra Dam is a Mumbai based vocal artist who is an able Music Therapist and an eminent Stage Actor too. She started learning Indian Classical Music from Shri Shibdas Bandyopadhyay at the age of six. She has completed a six years course in Nazrul songs under Mrs. Minoti Dey and a short term course on folk music guided by Shri Amar Pal. She also completed a six year certificate course from Rabindratirtha under the able guidance of Mrs. Suchitra Mitra and received a diploma in Rabindrasangeet from Shahana under the able guidance of Smt. Indrani Acharya.
The BHUL SWARGO album comprises of Tagore's Songs sung by the artist along with the narrations by Sudipto Mitra and Shilpi Mitra.
