In a horrific case from Nagpur, a man hacked his sister in law to death and raped her subsequently; he then also killed her 4 year old daughter. The man confessed to his crime. This case comes into light after a report of the UN office on drugs and crime which revealed that most dangerous place for a woman is the home.
