Amid controversy over Navjot Singh Sidhu’s visit in Pakistan, after Pak PM Imran Khan invited him; now Mehbooba Mufti has lauded the Pak-India initiative for the Kartarpur corridor. She said that Kartarpur is a great example of how religion can bring people together instead of dividing them. It is a path envisioned by PDP founder Mufti SB to end the turmoil in Kashmir. She also demanded that after Kartarpur, Delhi and Pakistan must facilitate Sharda Peeth pilgrimage for Kashmiris.
