Wall Street Is Flat But Industrial Stocks Are Down

According to Reuters, US stocks are flat after a day of recovery.
By noon on Nov. 27th, the top three markets on the New York Stock Exchange were up or down about one-tenth of a percent each.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost about 30-points during morning trading, falling to 24,610.
But the S&P and Nasdaq were trading slightly up.
The Nasdaq Composite added about 9-points, while the S&P 500 rose about 2-points.
