Developer Lance Bradford plans to build a 300,000-square-foot retail and office project in Henderson. His 12.5-acre property is on St. Rose Parkway a few miles from the Raiders' future practice facility. The pro football team is slated to move to Las Vegas from Oakland, California, in 2020. Besides Bradford's project, other construction plans for the area include condos, apartments and warehouses.
