According to Gizmodo, a Chow Chow puppy named Bungle has been freed from police custody in the UK after a series of social media comments were made that demanded his release. The 4-month-old puppy had been apprehended by Northamptonshire Police last week under the United Kingdom’s Dangerous Dogs Act when the puppy bit an officer. Northamptonshire Police Chief Superintendent Chris Hillery said he agreed with the department’s actions and its decision to seize the dog.
