U.S. Coast Guard Intercepted Over 458,000 Pounds Of Cocaine In 2018

According to a report by Business Insider, the United States Coast Guard has been seizing record amounts of cocaine, bringing in over 458,000 pounds in the 2018 fiscal year, which ended in September. That number was slightly less that the record 493,000 pounds seized in 2017, but over well above the 443,000 pounds intercepted in 2016, which was the record at the time.
