Fox News host Laura Ingraham criticized President Trump on Monday over the nickname he gave Democratic Representative Adam Schiff over the weekend, reports Mediaite. The president did so in a tweet on Sunday, writing, in part, "So funny to see little Adam Schitt (D-CA) talking about the fact that Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker was not approved by the Senate." "My view on this is - being tough, that's great, we all love a tough, strong president," Ingraham commented. "But you don't have to ridicule Adam Schiff's name. There's plenty about Adam Schiff you can take issue with substantively…that's just an unforced error. There's no reason you have to do that." "I'm not going to harp on it but it detracts from all the progress, economic progress," she further noted. "The stuff he's doing that is good stuff. There's no reason for it."
