Captain Virat Kohli said on Tuesday the Indian cricket team figured out their mistakes on the England tour earlier this year and were feeling confident about the bilateral series with Australia that begins this week.
Kohli said, "We're definitely not thinking about you know this is the last opportunity for us to win in Australia and we might not come here again. I don't think that's that's the right kind of mindset to have. But whatever series we play our aim is to win that series. You know we don't want to be a team that wins one odd test match here and there. We figured out our mistakes in England which I mentioned before were very radical. The quality of cricket was very high but our mistakes were as radical and that's why we lost the games. The game that we committed lesser mistakes we won that game because we were at par with the other team throughout."
