Study Says Cut Back On Social Media 30 Minutes A Day

A new study says limiting social media usage to 30 minutes a day can lead to big improvements in your well-being. According to Business Insider, research was done by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania. For the study, students were either put into a group that was instructed to limit their social media usage, or continue using normally. After three weeks, the students were asked questions to assess their mental health.
