RAWALPINDI: The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday said the slain SP Tahir Khan Dawar’s abduction from Islamabad, his murder in Afghanistan and follow up behavior of Afghan authorities raise questions, indicating “involvement or resources [of] more than a terrorist organisation in Afghanistan.”

“Brutal murder of SP Tahir in Afg[hanistan] is highly condemnable. We have lost a brave police officer. His abduction, move to Afg, murder and follow up behaviour of Afg authorities raise questions which indicate involvement or resources more than a terrorist organisation in Afg[hanistan],” said Asif Ghafoor, Director General of the military’s media wing in a statement on official Twitter handle.
