Cuba is cancelling a long-running overseas medical programme - after Brazil's president-elect demanded significant changes. The scheme - called 'More Doctors' - saw thousands of Cuban medics treating patients in the South American country. But Jair Bolsonaro criticised it - saying the doctors were only receiving a fraction of their entitled wages. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
