The senate in Argentina is scheduled to vote on the 2019 budget bill on Wednesday afternoon. The project has already been approved in the Lower House but there have been heavy protests against it. President Mauricio Macri needs this budget to be approved to maintain the agreement with the International Monetay Fund.
