However, according to Politico, there is opposition to Pelosi's leadership from newly elected Democrats in Congress.
The House Democratic rebels trying to keep Nancy Pelosi from becoming speaker can't seem to find someone to run against her.
The naysayers claim they have the 15 to 20 votes it would take to block Pelosi on the House floor.
So far, no one's stepped up as an alternative.
Pelosi is acting like the next speaker already.
