FT Minister: Construction projects may have contributed to KL flash floods

Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad said Construction projects in some parts in the city may have contributed to the flash floods after a heavy downpour on Sunday. When met at the Parliament lobby on Monday, Khalid said he has discussed with City Hall to discuss punitive measures that can be taken against contractors, whose work affects or clogs the drainage system.
