1 LITER LIQUID MILK
1/3 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
1 CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP COCOA POWDER
MIX WELL
1/3 CUP CORN FLOUR
STRAIN THE MIXTURE
COOK IT IN MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THICKEN
1.5 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
MIX WELL
COOK UNTIL THICKER LIKE THIS
6 INCH MOULD WITH BAKING PAPER
POUR IT INTO MOULD
KEEP IT IN ROOM TEMP. FOR COOL DOWN
KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
FLIP IT ON A BOARD
CAREFULLY REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
REMOVE THE BAKING PAPER
DUST SOME COCOA POWDER
CUT THE SLICES WITH A HOT KNIFE
