California Votes For Year-Round Daylight Saving Time

According to Gizmodo, during Tuesday's elections, voters have elected to make Daylight Saving Time permanent in California. Proposition 7, on the state-wide California ballot, will allow the State Legislature, with a two-thirds vote, to make Daylight Saving Time permanent, meaning clocks will not have to be switched back for the winter months.
