From tree stump to masterpiece

Wood carver Kang Ping doesn’t do things on the small scale.
He carves giant tree trunks into life-size statues of the great and good.
He’s created sculptures of everyone from Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh to classical Chinese poet Du Fu to master tactician Zhuge Liang.
How long did it take him to get this good? Just 10 years.
