Twin Sisters Found Abandoned On The Roadside

This is the heartbreaking moment two newborn twin sisters were found abandoned on the roadside. The mother is believed to have thrown the infants from the door of a passing car in Negros Oriental, the Philippines on October 30 early in the morning. Residents heard cries coming from the patch of grass next to the road and rushed over to see what had happened. Footage shows how one of the babies, a girl, was still crying and was moving its arms and legs in the air. Locals wrapped her in a blanket as they waited for an ambulance to arrive to the village of Datagon.
