South Korea has cut fuel taxes by 15 percent.
The temporary tax break on vehicle fuels like diesel and gasoline comes into effect on Tuesday,.... and will last for six months.
The finance ministry said... the first fuel tax cut in ten years will help to ease the burden of rising global oil prices on households and small businesses.
The cuts are expected to lead to a fall of around 1-point-8 billion U.S. dollars in annual tax revenue.
