Chapli Kabab | Peshawari chapli kabab| Bakra Eid recepie

❗Ingredients for Chappli Kabab❗

1/2 kg Beef mince (QEEMA)
2tbsp Coriander (DHANIA)
Salt (as required) 1 tsp (NAMAK)

2 pieces Green Chili (HARI MIRCH)
1 pieces Tomato chopped (without seeds)
1 tbsp Red pepper (crushed)(DABRA MIRCH)

2 tbsp Green coriander (HARA DHANIA)
1 tbsp Pomegranate crushed(ANAR DANA)
All spices garam masala 1tsp

1tbsp Ginger,Garlic(LEHSAN,ADRAK)
1 Onion (chopped) (PIYAZ)
1 Eggs

3 tbsp maki ka atta or gandom ka ata (whole wheat )
Oil (as required)

Directions for Chappli Kabab:⭐

Anardana garam pani main 10 minute soak karlain. Phir pani nikal kar koot lain.

Ek bowl main, qeema, aur sare ajza (tamatar kay elawa )sab kuch mix karlain. 1 hour fridge main rakh lain.

Fry karne se pehle tamatar shamil karke mix karke Kabab ki shakal den aur ek tamatar ka slice rakh kargaram oil main fry karain. Ek side 4-5 min halki aanch par pakayen.

Mazedar Chapli kabab tayar hain.


English recepie

1- In a pot take beef mince, salt, coriander, green chili, red pepper crushed, green coriander, pomegranate seeds, ginger, garlic, onion, egg and wheat flour mix all well and rest at least 1/2 hour.
When you are going to make kabab then add tomato.

2- Take oil in a pot and fry them. Your tasty Chapli Kebabs are ready.
