Rafale deal: Dassault CEO is lying, says Rahul Gandhi

Congress president Rahul Gandhi continued his tirade against the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) government over Rafale deal. Rahul Gandhi said that Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dassault Aviation, Eric Trappier is lying by saying that the French company was not forced to pick Anil Ambani as the offset partner for Rafale jets deal. "Dassault invested Rs 284 crore in the company of Anil Ambani. Ambani bought land with the same money. This is clear that Dassault CEO is lying. Why did they invest Rs 284 crore in a loss-making company?", said Rahul Gandhi today during a press conference.
