NAPA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — Some less than pleasant news through the grapevine after a vineyard worker had an accident involving a grape harvesting machine.

According to CBS San Francisco, 49-year-old Napa resident Leon Marcelo Lua was picking grapes at the Beaucanon Winery around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
According to his family, Lua was working on the ground next to a grape harvesting machine, when a piece of his clothing got yanked into the machine.
Lua was instantly pulled into the harvesting machine and immediately began pushing up daisies.
Cal Fire first responders responded in minutes to the report of a worker stuck in a grape-picking machine. Unfortunately, it was too late to do anything.
Cal OSHA is now investigating the incident.
