As the BJP prepares for 5 crucial state elections ahead of the Lok Sabha Polls, the battle for the remaining states has also intensified. West Bengal is the latest in focus. Presence of teh BJP in the state was crumbling under it's current leader which lead Bjp Chief Amit Shah to take direct control of west Bengal. However now, Bjp west Bengal state Chief Dilip Ghosh has requested prime minister Modi to contest from the state, in the hope that the Modi magic will work in West Bengal just as it did in Uttar Pradesh. Dilip further added that if the pm disagrees, then it must be direct battle between BJP national chief Amit Shah and Mamata Banerjee.
